The staff was really lovely and cute. I could leave my luggage until check-in. they also let me check in early, which i appreciated. the bedding was really comfortable. A fan was provided for the room.
the room was hot. there was no air conditioning so i had to keep the window open. unfortunately, street noise became quite noticeable, disrupting sleep.

The staff was helpful and kind. i was allowed to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout, helpful. the front desk offers useful information. I used it to quickly orient myself.
the room's decor felt a bit plain, and the brown color scheme didn't lift the mood. i also noticed some noise from outside during the night, difficult to sleep at times.

the receptionists were friendly and allowed early check-in. they readily provided maps and directions for local attractions, i found this particularly useful since i was unfamiliar with the area. overall, the service was efficient and cute.

the hotel's location provides easy access to public transportation. i reached the grand place in about 10 minutes on foot. the hotel is fairly central to both the midi station and the city center.

the location proved convenient it was a short walk to the metro station the proximity to central attractions was also a bonus i found the provided breakfast simple and adequate it offered a good start to each day the room included basic amenities that met my travel needs the presence of a television provided a means for relaxation after a day of exploration.
i did notice the bathroom size was quite compact this made maneuvering a bit difficult it would be beneficial if the space could be optimized or expanded upon.

I found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions (around 10 minutes to the city centre). the staff allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in, so i could explore the town freely. i also liked that the hotel uses a key drop system. I did not have to worry about losing keys.
the room lacked soundproofing. noises from other rooms and the hallway were easily heard. this made it difficult to sleep at times.
